We greatly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this hotel. The place was newly decorated and well-maintained. The location was favorable, for example, Ikea was just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

It's a little tired in places, but it's a cheap, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
